Why do you build me up Buttercup baby just to let me down

These two photo’s were taken today outside my place on the West Arm looking east toward Rockvam Boat Yard. No ice!

I have the windows open and the fresh lake breeze smells so good!

I made a little run to Jubilee this afternoon and I can tell you that Harrison bay is open, so is Lost Lake.

From the top of the hill on Kings Road what little I saw of Spring Park bay I didn’t see any any ice, I didn’t see the whole bay so I can’t tell you if it’s ice free.

We’ve got a nice breeze going on right now, plus rain forecast for tomorrow so an official ice out will likely be declared any time now.

As of this writing, the official ice out has NOT been declared.
